Maroochydore Kitchen Renovation

This kitchen renovation in Maroochydore brought new life to a space that was once heavy, awkward, and far from functional. The original kitchen had a mix of quirky ‘90s features—slate tiles glued over timber floors, a corner oven that felt like an afterthought, and even a patterned styrofoam ceiling. It needed more than a facelift—it needed a complete rethink.

We reworked the layout for better flow, brought in natural light, and used a coastal-inspired palette to create a kitchen that feels warm, open, and ready for real family life. From the restored original timber floors to the soft sage green splashback, every choice was made to blend practicality with personality.

Finishes include oak floating shelves, brushed brass hardware, a 900mm Smeg oven, and under-cabinet strip lighting for that soft evening glow. The large centre window designed to perfectly frame Mt Coolum in the distance—adding a view that makes cooking dinner feel less like a task and more like a moment.
