Recreational Centre – Subcontract for Ausmar Commercial

Cutler Construction Company was engaged as a subcontractor for the award-winning Club Eden recreation centre at Greenwood Forest Glen. Delivered in partnership with Ausmar Commercial and WM Projects, this $6.8 million facility features a cinema, gym, heated pool, library, bowling green, and multiple community spaces designed to support wellbeing and connection for residents.

Our team completed high-end carpentry and internal detailing throughout the three-level complex, coordinating closely with the head contractor to ensure architectural finishes were executed to spec and schedule.

Club Eden received the 2024 Master Builders Queensland Award for Tourism and Leisure Facilities up to $10M, highlighting the excellence of the build and collaborative delivery.
